Once in a while, I want specific food, for example, a pizza, out of nowhere. And sometime I have tortilla in my freezer. And cheese. And pepperoni. What could possibly go wrong, right? Aside from a sheet of flatbread/tortilla, you would also need:

Tomato sauce:

  • Onion, chopped to bits,
  • Garlic, minced
  • Tomatoes, crushed,
  • salt,
  • black pepper, grounded,
  • oregano, bay leaf, and thyme
  • two spoon of olive oil

Toppings:

  • Cheese, any kind if you’re not picky. If you are, then go with mozzarella.
  • Tomato, thinly sliced
  • Basil,
  • Anything, go wild. I just got a bag of pepperoni from nikmat, so I’m going with that

First, tomato sauce. Put a saute pan over medium heat, add the olive oil, minced onion and garlic, thyme and oregano and cook until soft and start to smell good. Add the crushed tomatoes and bay leaf, and then season with salt and grounded black pepper to your liking. Simmer gently until it’s thick. Let it cool down a bit before using them to make the pizza

..Now to the pizza. Take out a sheet of tortilla, put it on a baking tray that has been lightly greased with olive oil. Decorate the tortilla with sliced tomatoes and pepperoni. Pour down the sauce evenly to the surface of your soon-to-be pizza, and sprinkle basil on top. Add cheese, lots of cheese. You can never go wrong with more cheese, trust me on that.

Then bake it on the oven for 10 – 15 minutes
